Emergencies & Repairs

Should in the unfortunate event of your equipment failing, CSL Power Systems offer a unique and reliable 24/7 call out service. Upon an initial call our team will talk you through some preliminary technical questions to enable us to assess the severity of the fault. At this stage an engineer will be delegated to respond to the call out and attend your site to further investigate the fault or determine the extent of any repair required.

Upon completion of our visit our engineer will provide you with recommendations required for any repairs, or remedial works required.

Replacement Parts

The parts team at CSL Power Systems endeavour to source parts and consumables for almost every machine and will be specific with delivery lead times, so you know when your part is to arrive.

If you have any parts query, please call the team, our friendly staff have vast experience in generators and have good technical knowledge to guide you through sourcing the correct component for your equipment.

When attending callouts, we can't always guarantee we will always have the right replacement component when responding to something that has failed; our engineers do hold various critical spares and consumables on their support vehicles which means that we are able to action and remedy some of the faults we encounter. Should we not have the replacement parts, our engineers and projects team will prioritise your requirements, to ensure that any required components are sourced and dispatched as swiftly and efficiently as possible to meet your demands.

Oil Storage Regulations

We are able to offer upon request a site survey to ensure compliance with current oil storage and OFTEC regulations. Upon completion of a survey you will receive a condition report on your fuel storage and transfer systems indicating areas which require attention and secondary containment or additional leak detection monitoring.

Fuel samples can be taken and analysis carried out to ensure your fuel complies with current emission regulations, CSL Power Systems are also able to support you with fuel cleaning and polishing with use of our own polishing machine
