In the unfortunate event of a system failure, you need a team you can trust to get your system back on track as quickly as possible. All our maintenance contracts include access to our 24/7 emergency callout department as standard. However, don’t worry if you’re yet to get a plan in place with us; we’re happy to help either way.
Upon an initial call, our team will talk you through some preliminary technical questions to enable us to assess the severity of the fault. At this stage an engineer will be delegated to respond to the callout and attend your site to further investigate the fault or determine the extent of any repair required. Upon completion of our visit, our engineer will provide you with recommendations for any repairs or remedial works required.
WORKING TOWARDS A FIRST-TIME FIX, EVERY TIME
If we’re unable to solve a problem over the telephone, we will dispatch one of our highly skilled engineers to your site. As a Cummins official dealer, we stock numerous spare parts and will have equipment on hand to help us reach a resolution on the first visit.
PLANNING FOR THE WORST-CASE SCENARIO
Whilst we aim to find a fix as soon as possible, there may be times where this isn’t feasible. Nevertheless, we’ll ensure you’re never left without power with the help of our rental generators. In addition to offering a back-up during your generator maintenance checks, these can be hired should your system be out of service, for as long as you need.
